Khmer Food is a family-owned-and-operated company that specializes in rice reprocessing and trading. It was first opened as a small merchant rice store in 1994 and was registered as a limited company in 1999. Today, Khmer Food emerges to be one of the largest rice wholesalers and exporters in Cambodia. The company has rice reprocessing plant located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, which produces polished and sortexed rice for exportation.
