Soybean is a potential cash crop and is grown almost everywhere in Cambodia. Soy bean grains contain a high content of oil and protein substances and can be processed into many products such as soymilk, bean paste, tofu bean fermented, soy sauce, etc. Based on a survey there is a plenty of soy bean production in Kratie, the center of production is in Snoul district.

Sesame is one of the crops farmers in Kratie added to their farms. The largest production areas in Kratie are some villages in Snoul district. The middlemen collect the output from the villagers and arrange the export to Vietnam.
Cassava is an agricultural product that can be processed into other products such as ethanol, animal feed, cassava starch, or cassava flour for human food. In Kratie Province, the activities of cassava cultivation just started in recent years due to the high market demand.
